お店の内装雰囲気はほのぼのした感じでとてもよかったです。駅近で利便性も高くありがたかったです。
今回結婚式用のヘアセットをお願いしました。
画像をお見せして依頼しましたが、仕上がりはとても悪かったです。
ハーフアップでお願いしたのですが、アップ部分はヘアゴムが剥き出しの状態でびっくりしました。せめてゴムは見えないようにして欲しかったです。
巻きは細くただ巻いただけで昭和のヘアセットかなという感じでした。
特に要望の確認などもなく黙々と作業されていたので完成が楽しみでしたが残念でした。

カラーは良かったのですが、毛流れやうねりが悩みのことなどを伝えてお任せにしたカットでは何一つ考慮されずぱっつんに切られました。その後のセットも大変ですし、なにより可愛くないです。
一度に沢山の方の接客をされており、カウンセリングもカットもかなり雑でした。
ヘアセットも可愛くありませんでしたし、すぐに崩れてしまってお金を払うのに躊躇する程でした。
また、予定時間を伝えられていましたが終わってみれば1時間以上過ぎており、説明も謝罪もなくその後用事があったのでとても困りました。
もう二度とお世話になることはないです。
